Shipping

We ship all packages within 2-3 working days of your order being placed.

We use Hermes for all of our standard delivery packages & also Hermes for our next day delivery service. Each package will be trackable on every part of its journey.

Mainland UK

Standard Delivery (2-4 business days)

Next day delivery (next day if order is placed before 9am)

International

We ship worldwide. For all international orders we will use a trackable service with Royal Mail with a flat fee of £10.00

Returns

We believe our products are of the highest quality. However, your happiness is also a priority of ours.

If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your product please follow the below steps to arrange a return. We’ll arrange store credit or refund you the cost of the order (excluding shipping).

You'll have 14 days from the time you receive your order to action a return. The product you are requesting the refund/return for must be in re-sellable condition to be eligible.

Once the returned item is received we will refund you the cost of the item, excluding any shipping costs.

You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us.
