It happens and no biggie! Please email or DM us as soon as possible so that we can make changes for you. We will more than likely cancel & refund your order and then you can order again. If you catch us on the same day the likelihood is it’ll be ok!
If you need your package by midday the next day or faster than a service we provide, please do reach out and we will try to help as much as we can. We are willing to post ‘next day guaranteed’ with Royal Mail for a small extra cost.
Our products are of the highest quality and have been tested over and over in all weather conditions. If there is something wrong or a product arrives damaged please email us as soon as possible so that we can resolve this for you.
Absolutely. All of our products are tested vigorously to make sure the clasps/buckles and ropes are strong and safe for even the strongest of doggos!
We understand you can’t always get it right & therefore we have a 14 day return policy. Please email us and we will arrange for you to return your unused goods. You will be responsible for the cost of the return & we will refund you as soon as we receive your order back.
